Any tips on mahjong shops in Hanoi?

Does anyone have advice on where to find mahjong shops in Hanoi, Vietnam?
I don't see any info like that in the FAQs.
It's not so much that I want to get Vietnamese mahjong sets (what makes them
different?), but I assume that I might be able to find interesting dice and
playing cards at these shops (which I collect).

Vietnamese sets have up to 32 bonus tiles (8 kings and 24 jokers) in
addition to the usual 8 Flowers/Seasons.

If you happen to live or pass by Hanoi, you can surely tell more about
Mah-Jong stores than us. We all live in Western countries. Also, we
lack any real knowledge about Vietnamese rules. I hope you could teach
us...

Thanks for the info, Nath.
Don't think I'll have time to learn how the natives play mahjong though. :)

That info is in the FAQs - but now that I check, I see that it's buried in
FAQ 7e ("Mystery Tiles") when it needs to be in FAQ 7a ("Types of Sets"). I
should fix that.

I've collected a lot of information about Vietnamese rules - numerous pages
of it being written in Vietnamese. I'm not putting it on my site but if
anybody wants a copy, I can send you one for $11.95 US (that includes
postage). It's a lot of pages, with a lot of color pictures, and I put it in
a nice clear-front binding.
